Cheers to Ponytail and Joan of Arc for their rad show at the Knitting Factory last night. I’d planned on going to the Market Hotel the night before, but knew it would have no AC and a poor sound situation. Ponytail blew me away. The current JOA line-up complemented Ponytail well. It was like Make Believe, but straight forward and classic rock-ish JOA. Each band was tour tight with really creative drummers. Theo you’ve changed, with your tiny kit!
